The landmarks adding value to properties

New data from GetAgent have found the UK landmarks that add the most value to nearby homes.

Top of the list is the Natural History Museum, which adds a huge £1,210,320 price increase to nearby houses. The average price of homes in South Kensington are £2,228,279.

Prices for homes around Loch Ness also have an impressive value added to them. House prices around Loch Ness are an average of £416,400 – which is double the cost of homes close to nearby Loch Inverness.

Also on the list for value-adding locations are the Eden Project, Warwick Castle and Tintern Abbey.

There is also data for landmarks that are likely to decrease the value of your home. On the list is St Paul’s Cathedral, Hampton Court Palace and Aerospace Bristol.
